Terms of Service
JazminRx is built for a regulated pharmacy environment. These terms define the boundaries for public education, authenticated patient use, staff workflow use, AI-assisted support, and governed enterprise operation.

2. Healthcare and clinical limitations
JazminRx can support pharmacy operations, workflow routing, patient education, and AI-assisted explanations. It does not replace licensed professional judgment, prescriber instructions, emergency services, or legally required pharmacist review.
3. Account, role, and workstation control
Staff access may require identity verification, license review, store authorization, workstation trust, biometric or secure-code verification, role permissions, and user-history capture. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session.
4. Protected and confidential information
Protected health information, credentials, pharmacy operational records, payer data, and confidential business information may only be handled in the correct authenticated context. Public AI surfaces are not for patient-specific or confidential submissions.
5. AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete, uncertain, or require human review. JazminRx is designed to preserve governance boundaries: regulated actions require authorized users, source context, and audit evidence before execution.
6. Audit, monitoring, and security
JazminRx may record authentication events, workflow actions, device context, user identifiers, timestamps, approval reasons, and system events for compliance, security, quality, and support purposes.
7. Availability and changes
The platform may include prototype, staging, or production features. Terms, policies, integrations, AI behavior, and workflows may change as JazminRx is hardened for enterprise pharmacy use.
